The rubber-coated fabric from HUAHAI is made up of a high strength nylon fabric, which has good water resistance, coated with a special synthetic rubber, as a stopper and protective layer.
The nylon gives the fabric its tensile strength while the synthetic rubber coating provides a high resistance to weather, ozone and abrasion, ensuring its air tightness. Layers of rubber-coated fabric are bonded together in a sandwich construction to provide the required tensile strength.

The main rubber of rubber body is chloroprene rubber with high strength, excellent weather resistance, aging resistance, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, frost resistance and water resistance. We choose domestic famous chloroprene rubber manufacturers which have obtained ISO9001 quality system certification. The HUAHAI rubber dam body can be supplied in various colours including black, grey, red, green, orange and etc.The range of coloured finishes which are available for the rubber-coated fabric is designed to further improve the aesthetics of the structure. The outer layer of coloured rubber is made of chlorosulfonated polyethylene. In addition to the characteristics of chloroprene rubber, chlorosulfonated polyethylene also has excellent ozone resistance, heat resistance and sunlight exposure resistance. It has outstanding color locking performance and colour stability. In order to better maintain the color stability and long service life of rubber dam, we choose international well-known manufacturers.
HUAHAI rubber dam body is made of nylon fabric with high strength and good corrosion resistance. It has high tensile strength and tear resistance, excellent flexibility, fatigue resistance, water immersion resistance and durability. Nevertheless, it has good adhesion with rubber.
