Through over three decades of development, the company has built an experienced, high-caliber R&D team with strong independent innovation capabilities, establishing an industry-leading research platform. Currently, the company is recognized as a National High-Tech Enterprise and has established a Provincial Enterprise Technology Center. It is equipped with a development center, a marine environmental protection technology R&D center, rubber testing laboratories certified by the Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau, chemical analysis laboratories, and first-class pilot testing and pilot-scale bases.

The company's technology R&D center brings together professionals in various fields such as polymer materials, mechanical design, and mold design, with more than 100 technical R&D personnel. Two professors from Shandong University of Science and Technology have been appointed as technical leaders of the center. At the same time, the company maintains strong collaborative relationships with Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Shandong University of Science and Technology, China University of Mining and Technology, China University of Petroleum, and Qingdao University of Science and Technology, among others.
