The meeting commenced in a solemn atmosphere. Comrade Guo Jianwei, Secretary of the Production Party Branch of Qingdao Huahai Environmental Protection Industry Co., Ltd. of the Communist Party of China, first announced the theme, agenda and the number of Party members who should attend the meeting, and emphasized the solemnity and importance of this meeting. He introduced that Comrade Ding Jie, a frontline employee from the Vulcanized Dam Workshop, had been identified as a development object after years of training and observation by the Party Branch and examination and filing by the Party Committee of Yinzhu Sub-district. This general meeting of the Party Branch would specially discuss and approve his admission as a probationary Party member of the Communist Party of China. Personnel dispatched by the Party Committee of Yinzhu Sub-district were present to provide guidance and supervise the entire meeting process.

At the meeting, Comrade Ding Jie delivered a comprehensive and in-depth report covering aspects including his motivation for joining the Party, personal resume, practical performance, as well as family and social relations.

Subsequently, Comrade Zhao Yan, member of the Party Branch Committee, on behalf of the committee, reported in detail on the results of the two evaluations of development object Comrade Ding Jie, public notice, political review, and centralized training. Comrade Xu Quanyong, another member of the Party Branch Committee, presented the deliberation opinions of the committee. He gave a full account of the training and assessment of the development object from multiple dimensions such as ideological awareness, learning performance, work capability and popular support, and clearly stated the committee's opinion of approving Ding Jie's admission as a probationary Party member.

After listening to the report of the development object and the opinions of the introducers for Party membership, the participating Party members conducted a full and lively discussion on whether Comrade Ding Jie met the requirements for Party membership. They unanimously agreed that during the training and observation period, Comrade Ding Jie had actively drawn close to the Party organization, earnestly studied the Party's theoretical knowledge, continuously improved his own political accomplishment, played an exemplary leading role in study and work, and thus fully met the qualifications required of a Communist Party member.

In strict accordance with organizational procedures, the meeting adopted a secret ballot to vote on whether to admit Comrade Ding Jie as a probationary Party member. After the standardized processes of voting and vote counting, the motion to admit Comrade Ding Jie as a probationary Party member of the Communist Party of China was unanimously approved.

Comrade Guo Jianwei, Secretary of the Party Branch, announced the voting results, extended warm congratulations and sincere welcome to the newly admitted probationary Party member, and put forward earnest expectations and strict requirements.
